Staying at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice and spacious, but being close to the breakfast hall made it quite noisy. Conveniently located near the Metrobus stop, it was great for tourists. However, the reservation process was a bit cumbersome despite the staff's efforts to assist.
